About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of professional experience who can take ownership of features across the frontend and backend and help us build reliable, scalable products.

You will work closely with the founding/product team and other engineers to take product requirements from idea to production.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving problems, shipping products, and taking ownership rather than working only on isolated tickets.

What You'll Do
Design, build, test, and ship end-to-end product features.
Develop responsive, maintainable frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Build reliable backend services, APIs, and business logic.
Design and work with databases, integrations, authentication, and third-party services.
Write clean, reusable, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype, validate, and improve features.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve reliability and performance.

Must Have
Minimum 3 years of professional full stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
Strong hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.js.
Backend development experience with technologies such as Node.js / Express.js or equivalent.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Good knowledge of database design, queries, indexing, and performance considerations.
Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, testing, and debugging.
Ability to independently take a feature from requirement to production.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have — AI

AI experience is an added advantage.

Exposure to any of the following would be useful:

Generative AI / LLM applications
OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar APIs
Prompt engineering
RAG
Embeddings and vector databases
AI agents or AI-powered workflows
