Aryavela is a menswear house focused on creating classic, heritage garments designed to last for years. The brand emphasizes slow, careful production, prioritizing quality over trends or speed. The company values understated elegance, durable design, and a calm, steady approach to growth and creation.

Role Description:
This is not a hire. This is a partnership dressed up as a job title. We need someone who can hold the operational weight of this house the way a co-founder would; not because they own equity, but because they own the outcome.
Tailors, manufacturers, vendors, suppliers. Photoshoots, designers, the way we show up online. Finance. All of it, held together by one person who doesn't need to be told twice.
Not managing it. Holding it together.
We'll talk numbers on a call, and we'll be fair. But if money is the main reason you're applying, this probably isn't for you.

Qualifications:

• You've run something before, in whole or in part, and you know what it costs to keep it running.
• You're comfortable being the point of contact for tailors, manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers; and you build real relationships, not transactional ones.
• You have taste. You can sit in a room with a designer or a photographer and know what's right for this house.
• You can handle media, people, operations in a way that feels quiet and considered, not loud.
• You take ownership like it's yours, because for all practical purposes, it will be.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. There's no playbook yet. You'll help write it.
• Degrees, titles, and years of experience matter far less than whether you can actually do the job.
