Role Overview

As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll work closely with the Founder on the company's highest-priority initiatives.

No two days will look the same. One day you may be conducting market research, the next you could be launching a new program, improving internal systems, meeting partners, analyzing business data, or coordinating with different teams to ensure projects move forward.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, takes ownership, and enjoys building things from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business

• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
• Analyze business metrics and prepare actionable insights.
• Support strategic planning and new business initiatives.
• Build presentations, proposals, reports, and business documents.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, operations, and marketing.

Project Management

• Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, technology, operations, and community teams.
• Ensure deadlines are met and priorities stay aligned.
• Create SOPs, workflows, and documentation for internal processes.

Founder Support

• Help prioritize key initiatives and follow up on execution.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and progress reports.
• Assist in decision-making with structured research and analysis.
• Solve day-to-day operational challenges alongside the founder.

Partnerships & Operations

• Support partnerships with organizations, educational institutions, NGOs, and brands.
• Coordinate with hosts and external stakeholders when required.
• Improve internal systems and operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Research & Innovation

• Explore new technologies and AI tools to improve productivity.
• Research trends in travel, volunteering, community building, startups, and social impact.
• Benchmark global best practices and recommend implementation strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, business, product, or project management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to structure information and present ideas clearly.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, AI tools, and productivity software.
• Highly curious, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Ability to take ownership without constant supervision.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup.

Bonus Points

• Experience working in an early-stage startup.
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
