XCut AI is a seed-funded AI workspace for viral content. We find the posts outperforming everything else in any niche, decode exactly why they worked, and generate your version — script, carousel, thumbnail, or Meta ad — in 60 seconds.

We help creators, agencies, and content teams turn what's already working on social media into ready-to-publish scripts, carousels, thumbnails, and ad creatives—in minutes and in their own voice.
We're looking for a Sales Lead who wants to build the revenue engine from scratch.

Not manage someone else's playbook—build it.

You'll earn a meaningful share of every customer you bring in, every month they stay, while building equity in the company you help grow.

What You'll Own

• Build and own the complete outbound sales process.
• Identify, qualify, and close creators, agencies, and content teams.
• Ensure customers activate and retain (your earnings depend on retention).
• Build the sales playbook and ICP alongside the founders.
• Own customer and partner relationships.
• Bring market feedback directly into product and positioning.

Compensation
15% Recurring Revenue Share
Every customer you bring in pays you 15% of their subscription every month they remain active.
No cap. No expiry.

Example:
A customer on the $299/month plan earns you $44.85 every month for as long as they stay subscribed.
Equity — Milestone Based (Up to 2%) Equity is earned through revenue milestones—not granted upfront.

Qualifying MRR Equity Earned Total Equity Salary

$2,500 +0.5% 0.5% Commission only

$5,000 +0.5% 1.0% Commission only

$10,000 +0.5% 1.5% Commission only

$15,000 +0.5% 2.0% Full package (Salary + Equity + Commission)

Qualifying MRR = Revenue from accounts you sourced or materially closed, sustained for 2 consecutive months, net of churn.

Equity is subject to Board approval and standard company terms.
