Brand Designer

The Working Assembly is an award-winning, design-led creative agency based in New York City and working globally.

Our multi-disciplinary teams collaborate with emerging and evolving brands on strategically driven branding, campaigns, and experiences. as a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of projects and industries, from fast-growth startups to evolving household names.We are seeking a full-time Brand Designer to join our team. You will work closely with Senior Designers, Design Directors and our larger brand design team to produce high-quality, strategic, and compelling work.

Responsibilities

• This person is a visual communicator, passionate about crafting compelling and memorable brand identities from initial ideation through final production.
• They are team-oriented with strong collaboration skills, able to work alongside others on projects spanning visual identity, packaging and creative campaigns.
• They are able to receive direction well and learn from others, solution-oriented and a passionate self-starter, creative with great attention to detail and the ability to work against schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a branding or creative agency (more senior level designers will be considered as well)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong typography and drawing skills
• A passion for consumer innovation, technology, new products and culture

Salary Range $80,000 - $115,000

depending on level of experience
