The Role & Daily Schedule

This is a focused 15-hour/week part-time role (~3 hours per day, Monday–Friday).

• Pure Sales Focus: Zero lead research or manual data scrubbing required. You receive pre-loaded lists, an automated dialer, and simple CRM logging so your time is spent on the phone.
• Lead Quality: 80–90% direct decision-maker mobile numbers (construction company owners).
• Calling Schedule (BST): Split shifts targeting UK contractors when accessible—early mornings (~7:30 AM – 9:00 AM BST) and late afternoons (~4:30 PM – 6:00 PM BST).
• Qualification Criteria: Booked prospects must be renovation business owners/partners with active capacity for 2–3 new projects in the next few months.

Compensation & Tier Breakdown (15 Hours / Week)

We believe in a reliable hourly floor combined with aggressive, uncapped commission upside. We want to pay you as much as possible, based on your skill and performance

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $5.00/hr ($300/mo guaranteed base floor)
• Show-Up Commissions: $20.00 to $25.00 per verified show-up

Earnings Breakdown:
• Tier 1 (Baseline Quota - 1–2 booked/day): $800 – $1,100 / month
• Tier 2 (On-Target - 2–3 booked/day): $1,500 – $2,200 / month
• Tier 3 (High Achiever - 4+ booked/day): $2,500+ / month (Uncapped)
