Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Strategic Operations Analyst to work closely with the COO as a “shadow,” supporting decision-making, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring operational priorities are executed effectively. This role offers high visibility across the organization and is designed for individuals who can combine structured thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Support

Partner with the COO to translate business priorities into actionable plans
Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and insights for leadership discussions
Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis

1. Execution & Program Management

Track and drive key cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve operational issues
Follow up with department leaders to ensure alignment and accountability

1. Data & Insights

Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs
Analyze operational data to generate insights and recommendations
Support decision-making with structured problem-solving

1. Communication & Coordination

Act as a liaison between the COO and various departments
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Ensure clarity and alignment on priorities across teams

1. Special Projects

Lead or support high-impact projects directly under the COO’s office
Work on process improvements, cost optimization, or new initiatives

Qualification:

2–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, or operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High level of ownership, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualification

Experience working with senior leadership
Familiarity with data tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
MBA or equivalent experience (optional depending on your hiring bar)
