Skillcase is a tech-enabled platform helping Indian nurses build global careers — starting with Germany. We support nurses through German language learning, career guidance, documentation support, and relocation assistance.

We are looking for an Operations Intern to work closely with our founding team and support candidates throughout their upskilling and Germany preparation journey.

Role Overview
As an Operations Intern, you will coordinate with nurse aspirants, support daily program execution, track candidate progress, and help ensure a smooth learning and onboarding experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations, candidate management, and startup execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay in regular touch with candidates enrolled in the program
• Track student attendance, learning progress, and documentation status
• Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and internal teams for smooth program operations
• Support onboarding and day-to-day execution of the upskilling program
• Help candidates with basic queries, follow-ups, and process guidance
• Maintain accurate candidate records, updates, and trackers in CRM/Sheets
• Assist the founding team with operational coordination and reporting

Who Can Apply

• Final-year students or fresh graduates (any discipline)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and WhatsApp
• Knowledge of Kannada / Telugu / Tamil is a plus
• Interest in operations, edtech, healthcare, or international careers
• Willing to learn, take ownership, and work onsite
