What You'll Own

As our first Growth Marketer, you'll build the company's entire growthengine.
You'll decide where we grow, how we grow, and why users stay.

Your work will span:

• Growth strategy
• Organic acquisition
• Creator & influencer partnerships
• Community building
• Referral loops
• ASO & SEO
• Growth analytics
• Experimentation

You'll work directly with the founder and have the freedom to test bold ideas.

What Success Looks Like

Within six months you'll aim to:

• Build repeatable organic acquisition.
• Launch creator partnerships that generate measurable installs.
• Improve App Store visibility.
• Build referral systems.
• Create dashboards for acquisition and retention.
• Identify scalable channels to reach the first 100,000 parents.
