Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for Financial Planning & Controlling, Management reporting ensuring financial integrity and strong controls. This position will be reporting to the CEO.

What you will do :
Own end-to-end controllership and financial operations, including day-to-day accounting, vendor payments, collections, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial metrics and reports such as MIS, CFS, Budget vs Actual, etc
Implement systems and tools for regular and periodic financial reporting, highlight variances, investigate causes, recommend corrective action, and track its implementation for easy access and transparency in business information for effective decision-making.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in fundraising preparation through financial analysis, forecasting, and investor-ready reports.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting the organization's financial operations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the organization's growth objectives.
Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams to devise the Annual Operating Plan, monitor the same, and set up cost norms.

What makes you a good fit
Prior experience in venture-funded SaaS or technology startups, preferably in a high-growth environment.
Strong hands-on experience managing AP, AR, cash flows, compliance, audits, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
Experience working with outsourced partners (accounting, GST, payroll) while owning end-to-end finance operations.
Strong understanding of IND AS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
Ability to build scalable finance processes and drive operational efficiency.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
