About the job

We're looking for a sharp, creative GTM Lead to introduce Mos to HR, People, and Benefits leaders across the US and help build one of the most exciting new categories in workplace health.

This is not a traditional demand generation role. We need someone who can generate demand, not just capture it.

This is our first dedicated GTM hire, and it's not a role with a fixed lane. Some weeks you're on a stage at a conference, some weeks you're writing the post that gets you in the room, and some weeks you're on the sales call itself because the deal needs another hand. You own demand generation and go-to-market end-to-end - positioning, campaigns, content, partnerships, sales support, and events - and you will report directly to the CEO.

If you want real ownership from day one and want to build something from a blank page, this role is designed for you
