Backed by strong investors, the company has successfully launched an initial version of its product and is now expanding its engineering organization to support rapid growth, intelligent social experiences, and scalable platform development.
The platform combines AI-driven personalization with blockchain technologies to enhance digital identity, user ownership, platform security, and future decentralized capabilities. As the company scales, we are looking for a passionate Scrum Master who can foster Agile excellence, strengthen team collaboration, and help engineering teams consistently deliver high-quality products.

Role Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant leader for multiple Agile teams, helping them embrace Scrum principles while continuously improving collaboration, productivity, and delivery performance.
Working closely with Engineering Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers, and development teams, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery obstacles, coach teams on Agile best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys enabling teams to perform at their highest level while supporting fast-paced product development in a growing technology company.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach engineering and product teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement practices.
• Remove blockers and impediments that affect team productivity and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with Product Managers to support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
• Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, delivery metrics, and project health.
• Help identify process improvements that increase engineering efficiency and delivery predictability.
• Encourage transparency, accountability, and effective communication across teams.
• Support Engineering Managers and Project Managers in delivery planning and resource coordination.
• Promote Agile maturity throughout the organization by mentoring teams and encouraging best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Project Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.
• 4+ years of experience supporting software development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience with blockchain technologies, Web3 development environments, decentralized applications, or digital identity platforms is required.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in startup or rapidly growing technology companies.
• Comfortable working with distributed and remote engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting AI-powered software products, SaaS platforms, or consumer-facing applications.
• Experience working with engineering organizations utilizing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering practices.
