Project Manager – AI-Powered Social Platform

of its product and is now scaling its platform to support rapid user growth, intelligent social experiences, and
secure decentralized technologies.
The platform combines AI-driven personalization with blockchain infrastructure to create a secure, engaging,
and scalable social ecosystem. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project
Manager to help drive strategic initiatives, improve cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful
product delivery

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic initiatives
across engineering, product, design, and business teams. You will be responsible for coordinating resources,
managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high
quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product initiatives.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project health by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall progress.
• Identify potential delivery issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Organize sprint planning sessions, project reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure project documentation, status reports, and progress dashboards remain accurate and up to
date.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices and delivery processes.
• Support product roadmap planning while balancing business priorities and engineering capacity.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar
role within software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing cross-functional software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, ClickUp, Azure DevOps,
or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience delivering consumer-facing web, mobile, or SaaS products.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications, recommendation systems, or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, Web3 projects, decentralized applications, or digital identity
solutions is considered a strong plus.
• Experience working in startup or scale-up technology companies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
