IT System Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking a 100% remote IT System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our agency's technology ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, and internal technical support.

Responsibilities

• SaaS Admin: Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRMs, and access controls.
• Security: Implement firewalls, data backups, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint security.
• Hardware: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot remote employee laptops (Mac and PC).Support: Provide internal tier 1–3 technical support for a distributed team.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in an IT Support or System Administrator role.
• Strong proficiency managing hybrid environments (macOS, Windows, iOS).
• Deep administrative knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of cloud networks, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP setups.
