Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Account Manager to lead the successful delivery of
MES/MOM projects while serving as the primary customer interface. The role requires strong project
management, customer relationship management, stakeholder communication, and delivery
governance skills.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end MES/MOM implementation projects.
 Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
 Plan, track, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objec􀆟ves.
 Lead customer mee􀆟ngs, project reviews, risk management, and status reporting.
 Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful delivery.
 Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
 Drive issue resolution, change requests, and smooth transition to support.
 Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business.
Qualifications & Skills
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
 8–15 years of experience in IT project delivery with customer-facing responsibili􀆟es.
 Experience in MES, MOM, Manufacturing, ERP, Industrial Automation, or Industry 4.0 solutions
is preferred.
 Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
 Working knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
 Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
