Event Operations Intern

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Event Operations Intern to support the planning and execution of our events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with the founders and operations team to ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Event Planning
Assist in planning and coordinating upcoming events.
Research and onboard vendors, venues, and activity partners.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare event checklists, timelines, and run sheets.
Help manage budgets and maintain expense trackers.

Event Execution
Assist with venue setup and event logistics.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely execution.
Support guest registrations and attendee experience.
Troubleshoot operational challenges during events.
Ensure the event runs smoothly from setup to wrap-up.

Post-Event
Assist in vendor settlements and documentation.
Collect event feedback and prepare post-event reports.
Organize event photos, videos, and operational documents.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
