Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) — Agentic Revenue Operations

Codexa is building an agent-first CRM. Instead of reps working a CRM by
hand, our AI agents run the revenue operation itself: outbound,
qualification, and pipeline management, end-to-end, replacing traditional
SDR and AE workflows.

We're past the idea stage. We've launched the MVP and having paying clients now. The core architecture is live and running client
campaigns today. We're looking for a founding engineer to join as our first
technical hire, working directly under our CPO/CTO, to help take this from
a working system into a scalable product.

What you'd be doing:

• Own core product architecture as we move from internal tooling to a productized platform
• Build and harden the agentic orchestration layer that runs the system end to end
• Work directly with our AI/LLM stack and voice infrastructure
• Help design the data and enrichment pipeline as it scales
• Work closely with our CPO/CTO to shape engineering culture and process as employee #1 — your calls on stack and architecture will stick

What we're looking for:

• Strong full-stack engineer, comfortable owning something end-to-end without a spec
• Real interest in applied AI/LLM systems, not just familiarity
• Startup or 0-to-1 experience preferred — comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Based in or willing to work Canada/US Eastern hours

Compensation structure: this role starts on a fully deferred cash comp rather than
a standard salary — a market-rate role with pay deferred and repaid at a
premium once we hit a funding or revenue milestone. We're upfront about
this being a real trade: less cash now, real upside as the company grows.
