About LaFever Consulting
LaFever Consulting is a boutique Customer Success Advisory Practice that helps B2B SaaS companies reduce customer churn, improve customer retention, accelerate expansion revenue, and build scalable Customer Success organizations.
Unlike traditional consulting firms, LaFever Consulting is intentionally designed as a solo advisory practice. Clients work directly with the Founder, while our internship team provides analytical, operational, marketing, legal, and AI support.
