LaFever Consulting is a boutique Customer Success Advisory Practice that helps B2B SaaS companies reduce customer churn, increase expansion revenue, improve customer adoption, and build scalable Customer Success organizations.
Our clients work directly with the Founder, while our internship team supports the business through marketing, business development, finance, legal, and AI-driven innovation.
As a Marketing & Brand Strategy Intern, you'll help establish LaFever Consulting as a recognized thought leader in Customer Success by creating educational content, strengthening our digital presence, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.
Position Summary
The Marketing & Brand Strategy Intern is responsible for increasing the visibility and credibility of LaFever Consulting.
This role is ideal for students interested in marketing, communications, branding, digital media, entrepreneurship, or business strategy.
Rather than creating traditional advertising campaigns, you'll help position LaFever Consulting as an authority in Customer Success through thought leadership, educational content, SEO, social media, and brand development.
Your work directly contributes to attracting qualified consulting opportunities and building long-term brand recognition.
Responsibilities
Content Marketing
Develop educational content that demonstrates expertise in Customer Success.

Website Management
Support ongoing improvements to the LaFever Consulting website.
Responsibilities include:

- Recommending user experience improvements
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Improve the firm's online visibility through organic search.
Responsibilities include:
- Keyword research

LinkedIn Strategy
Help position Krista LaFever as a recognized Customer Success thought leader.
