About the Role

We're hiring a Shopify Website Manager to manage our Shopify websites end-to-end. You'll be responsible for ensuring our stores are technically sound, optimized for conversions, and always up to date.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical side of Shopify and the customer journey. You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and growth teams to build a high-performing e-commerce experience.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day management of multiple Shopify stores.
• Maintain products, collections, navigation, pages, and merchandising.
• Build and update landing pages for campaigns and product launches.
• Identify and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) improvements.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
• Manage Shopify themes, apps, integrations, and store configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers when required.
• Maintain website hygiene, including redirects, broken links, analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design to execute campaigns and launch new initiatives.
• Monitor website performance and proactively recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
• Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including themes, Liquid, apps, metafields, and integrations.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and website performance metrics.
• Understanding of e-commerce UX and Conversion Rate Optimization principles.
• Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify Plus.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and tracking implementations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced D2C or e-commerce environment.
