Majiku (majiku.net) is an AI-powered automated video content and filmmaking platform. We eliminate the complexity of prompt engineering—users simply input a basic idea or a plain text story narrative, and Majiku automatically converts it into a publish-ready MP4 video within minutes (handling scriptwriting, custom & auto character generation, build scenario, voiceovers, audio mixing, and rendering seamlessly across mobile and web).

Since our soft launch in March 2026, Majiku has reached thousands of global users with a significant user growth rate. Majiku currently operates officially under an Asia-based legal entity and is fully prepared for aggressive expansion to build a strong business footprint across 5 continents: The Americas (North & South), Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a visionary, execution-focused Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO) with a strong sense of ownership. Candidates are expected to be based in or have strong investor, partner, and business networks across major global regions (The Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia).

Key Responsibilities:

Global GTM & Growth: Lead multi-region user acquisition strategies, spearhead international market expansion, and build strategic partnerships to establish operational and commercial hubs across 5 continents.

Fundraising: Lead our Pre-Seed fundraising efforts with angel investors, micro-VCs, and global startup accelerators.

Global Entity Expansion: Spearhead the restructuring and incorporation of an international holding company (such as a Delaware C-Corp in the US, UK, or Europe) to facilitate global-scale operations.

Qualifications
Proven track record in startup growth, business development, marketing, or fundraising (a background in SaaS, Generative AI, or Creator Tech is a huge plus).
Strong network within the international startup & VC ecosystem spanning The Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
Solid understanding of global entity setup (such as Delaware C-Corp) and fundraising mechanisms (SAFE agreements, Cap Table management).
Possess entrepreneurial grit, high autonomy, and a passion for the generative AI and media-tech industry.

Compensation & Terms

Position: Co-Founder (Equity-Only at initial stage).
Equity Split: 10% – 30% (Negotiable based on experience, network, and commitment level).
Vesting: Standard vesting schedule (4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff).
Cash Salary: The listed salary range ($120k – $150k) represents the ideal benchmark target to be drawn immediately upon closing our official Pre-Seed funding round. Final compensation will be discussed and adjusted based on company level and financial capacity.
