The Role
We are seeking a Technical Writer (Documentation & Adoption) to join our delivery team supporting a leading enterprise client in Saudi Arabia. You will create clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation that helps business users understand and successfully adopt enterprise applications. Working closely with developers, support engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders, you will transform technical concepts into practical documentation, training materials, and user communications.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain user manuals, quick-start guides, and feature documentation for enterprise applications
• Write clear and business-friendly release notes for every software deployment
• Document business processes and application workflows in collaboration with business analysts and client stakeholders
• Build, organize, and continuously improve the support knowledge base with how-to articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
• Produce user adoption communications, feature announcements, onboarding materials, and internal campaigns
• Develop training materials, including step-by-step guides, annotated screenshots, and short walkthrough videos
• Support documentation handover during the transition of newly launched applications into production support
• Ensure documentation remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with application releases and documentation standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, content design, or a similar role supporting software products or enterprise applications
• Outstanding written English with the ability to explain complex functionality in simple, user-friendly language
• A portfolio showcasing user guides, knowledge base articles, release notes, training materials, or similar documentation
• Experience using documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Snagit, Loom, or similar
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation across multiple applications and release cycles
• Excellent communication and information-gathering skills, working effectively with developers, support engineers, business users, and stakeholders
• Ability to work Sunday - Thursday aligned with KSA business hours

Nice to Have

• Arabic language skills with the ability to create or review Arabic user-facing content
• Experience developing e-learning materials or video-based training content
• Familiarity with BPM, workflow, or low-code application platforms
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or EHSS environments
• Basic visual communication skills using Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar tools
