We're a boutique personal branding studio for founders, built by founders for founders. We build voice, not content calendars. We work with a roster capped at 13 founders at a time, across X, LinkedIn, Substack, and Instagram, and every piece we put out has to sound and look like a person, not a brand.

What you'll be doing:

1. Coordinating the logistics around shoots, from scheduling to making sure everyone and everything shows up on time and in the right place.
2. Handling the on-ground legwork that keeps shoots running smoothly, so that the creative teams can focus on the content.
3. Communicating clearly with founders, vendors, and internal teams before, during, and after shoots.
4. Solving problems on the fly when shoots don't go as planned, which they often don't.
5. Traveling around Delhi as needed for shoot locations and coordination.
6. Be willing to communiate with external teams at all times over text. You will represent the company to the people you interact with.

What we're looking for:

1. Based in Delhi, comfortable and familiar with getting around the city.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Someone personable and well-spoken, comfortable representing bluechip in front of external teams.
4. Organized, calm under pressure, and good at managing multiple moving parts at once.
5. Prior experience in operations, production, or event coordination is a plus, but not essential.

Nice to have:

1. A network of vendors or contacts useful for production logistics in Delhi.
2. Experience working on or around content shoots.
