We're a boutique personal branding studio for founders, built by founders for founders. We build voice, not content calendars. We work with a roster capped at 13 founders at a time, across X, LinkedIn, Substack, and Instagram, and every piece we put out has to sound and look like a person, not a brand.

What you'll be doing:

Editing short-form video for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts from raw footage.
Delivering two edited short-form videos a day, consistently, without dropping quality to hit the number.
Building pacing and cuts that hold attention, executing the direction and format you're given.
Adding captions, sound design, and on-screen text that support the story instead of cluttering it.
Working closely with the team to make sure the edit matches the tone of the script, not just the beat of the music.

What we're looking for:

2+ years editing short-form video, ideally for creators or brands on Instagram or YouTube.
A sharp eye for pacing, timing, and what makes someone stop scrolling.
Comfort with tools like Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe or DaVinci Resolve.
Someone who can deliver two videos a day, every day (weekends off).
Nice to have:

Previous experience editing for creators.
Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
An eye for what makes a hook or thumbnail work.
