Title – Graphic Designer (with UX Skills)
Location – Nehru Place, Delhi
Work Mode – Hybrid
Duration - 6 Months ( Based upon your performance, can convert into a ppo)
Remuneration – ₹7,000/month

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who also understands user experience (UX) principles. This role is ideal for someone who can design visually engaging graphics while contributing to user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and tech teams to create designs that are not only attractive but also intuitive for learners and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for digital and print (social media, presentations, marketing material, websites, apps).
2. Contribute to UI/UX design by creating wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes.
3. Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure brand consistency and usability.
4. Support in designing learning interfaces with easy navigation and clear communication.
5. Conduct basic user research/testing to validate design decisions.
6. Present rough drafts and iterate designs based on feedback.

Requirements

1. 0–1 year of experience in graphic design / UI-UX (internships, college projects also count).
2. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
3. Good sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
4. Understanding of UX basics (wireframes, user flows, prototyping).
5. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and eagerness to learn.
6. Portfolio of previous work (even academic/personal projects acceptable).
7. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
