Great Move Studio is a boutique branding and website design studio that partners with ambitious startups to build brands people remember and websites that convert.
We work with SaaS, AI, fintech, climate tech, and technology companies across the globe, helping founders communicate their value through thoughtful branding, exceptional design, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
As a small studio, every designer plays an important role. We're looking for someone who is highly skilled, proactive, and excited to work across branding, marketing, digital, and motion design.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with the founder on a wide variety of creative projects, including:
- Design high-quality social media campaigns and marketing creatives
- Create visual identities, logos, and complete brand systems
- Produce website graphics, banners, icons, illustrations, and digital assets
- Design presentation decks, pitch decks, and marketing collateral
- Create motion graphics, animated social content, and simple brand animations
- Edit and manipulate images using advanced Photoshop techniques
- Create custom illustrations and vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator
- Collaborate on website projects by preparing design assets and maintaining visual consistency
- Organize clean, scalable Figma files and design systems
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and creative thinking
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong experience with Adobe After Effects or equivalent motion design software
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to conceptualize ideas from scratch rather than relying on templates
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate and iterate quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for SaaS or technology brands
- Familiarity with Webflow or Framer
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience creating presentation decks
- Understanding of UI and digital product design
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about design quality.
You obsess over typography, spacing, composition, and the smallest visual details. You know when to use Photoshop instead of Illustrator, when animation enhances a message, and when simplicity is more powerful than decoration.
You're resourceful, curious, and comfortable switching between branding, illustrations, marketing creatives, website assets, and motion graphics depending on what the project needs.
Most importantly, you're excited to build exceptional work rather than just complete tasks.
