Graphic Design Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Mumbai)
Duration: 3–6 months
Stipend: Paid (based on skills & availability)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to work closely with the founder.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be involved in real client work from crafting brand identities to designing social media creatives and assisting with website and marketing deliverables.
If you love design, motion, and visual storytelling and want to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced studio environment this role is for you.

Role Overview:

As the Graphic Design Intern at Great Move Studio, you'll shape clients' visual identity. Collaborate with the founder to create compelling graphics across social media, websites, and print materials.

What You’ll Do

Design & Creative

• Assist in creating brand identities (logos, color systems, typography, visual language)
• Design social media creatives, marketing assets, and pitch decks
• Create graphics, illustrations, and motion graphics
• Support website design using Figma
• Assist with video edits & motion content using Adobe Premiere Pro (and After Effects if you know it — bonus)

Client & Studio Support

• Help with client deliverables and design handoffs
• Assist with admin tasks, file organization, and asset management
• Support ongoing projects and studio workflows

Skills Required

• Design Tools
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, & Canva
• Working knowledge of Figma for layouts, UI, and design systems
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for video edits & motion content
• Ability to create social media creatives, marketing assets, and brand visuals
• Experience with illustration, vector graphics, and basic motion graphics

Branding & amp; Visual Design

• Understanding of brand identity systems (logos, colors, typography, consistency)
• Strong sense of layout, spacing, hierarchy, and typography
• Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines across multiple formats
• Workflow & Professional Skills
• Good file organization and naming practices
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable assisting with client deliverables and admin support
• Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Strong visual taste and curiosity for design
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced studio environment
• Clear communication and reliability
