Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Data Platform Transformation initiatives within the EPIC program. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing enterprise data modernization projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Title: Project Manager – Data Platform Transformation

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Data Platform Transformation projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
Drive Agile/Scrum project execution and governance.
Track project progress and provide executive status updates.
Ensure successful delivery of cloud and data modernization initiatives.

Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
Experience managing Data Platform or Data Transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT, and Data Engineering.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
