Mechanical Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for product development, design improvements, and engineering operations. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and team development while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
• Manage engineering projects, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review technical designs, proposals, and engineering documentation.
• Establish and improve engineering processes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product quality, manufacturability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on engineering support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of engineering, product development, or mechanical design experience.
• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Proficiency with CAD design tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or product development environment preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and project support.
