About the role
We're hiring an Executive – Finance to manage Medicaid rebate processing, Shelf Stock Adjustments, and entity-level accounting for our US programs. Great fit for an early-career finance professional who wants exposure to US healthcare finance and multi-entity reconciliations.
What you'll do
Process and reconcile Medicaid rebate claims across US state programs — ensuring timely submission, accurate liability tracking, and payment follow-up
Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all Medicaid and state program transactions; support internal and external audits
Validate and process Shelf Stock Adjustment (SSA) claims, reconcile with customer deductions, and resolve issues with the commercial team
Manage accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly reporting for Enzen and Tioga entities
What we're looking for
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter
1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting
Familiarity with reconciliations and audit support (US healthcare/Medicaid exposure a plus)
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
