About the role
We're seeking an EHS & Sustainability Specialist to lead environment, health, and safety compliance and support sustainability initiatives at our facility.
Responsibilities
Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and statutory compliance
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard identification
Drive sustainability initiatives (energy, water, waste, emissions)
Investigate incidents, maintain records, and prepare compliance reports
Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to environmental norms
Requirements
Degree/diploma in Environmental Science, EHS, or related engineering field
Certification in industrial safety (e.g., ADIS/NEBOSH) preferred
3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant Indian environmental regulations
