Where We Stand
Pre-revenue for this product specifically. No cash compensation until it ships and earns. Saying this upfront so it's a deliberate choice, not a surprise.

What You Get

Equity 5 to 8 percent to start, exact number based on commitment and experience.

Standard vesting, 4 years, 1 year cliff.

Equity reviewed and can increase at defined milestones, first paying customers, or a future funding round, terms discussed directly.

Part time acceptable to start. Full time expected as the product moves toward launch and revenue.

Modest stipend or salary once revenue exists, not day one.

Real co-founder standing on product and business decisions.

What You Own

Full technical build, architecture to deployment.
Mobile app for iOS and Android, React Native or Flutter, plus the web app.
Hiring and leading the tech team as it grows.

Who We Need

3+ years full stack experience, mobile and web.
Someone who has shipped a real product solo, end to end.
Can sustain unpaid work for a stretch and has thought honestly about how long.
Wants ownership, not a portfolio line.
