Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to help grow our brand presence on Reddit. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, understand Reddit communities (subreddits), and be comfortable engaging with users while following community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research relevant subreddits based on the company's target audience.
• Create and publish engaging, value-driven posts and comments.
• Participate in discussions to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
• Promote products or services organically while adhering to subreddit rules.
• Track post performance, engagement, and traffic generated from Reddit.
• Monitor trending discussions and identify opportunities for brand participation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Reddit content strategies.
• Maintain a positive brand image across all Reddit interactions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Reddit and its community guidelines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing Reddit accounts or online communities.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking performance.
