About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Motion Graphics - Video Editor who can transform ideas, products, and stories into compelling visual content. You'll work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create high-impact videos across social media, product demos, SaaS explainer videos, advertisements, tutorials, brand campaigns, customer stories, and product launches.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can manage tight timelines and evolving creative requirements, and consistently delivers high-quality content while maintaining strong brand consistency.
What You'll Do:
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos, including product demos, promotional content, tutorials, customer stories, advertisements, internal communications, and SaaS explainer videos.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, lower-thirds, typography, icons, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and other industry-standard tools.
- Manage the complete post-production workflow, including editing, pacing, transitions, sound synchronization, exports, and quality assurance.
- Develop visually compelling short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, paid campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Create performance-focused ad creatives and repurpose existing content into reels, shorts, teasers, snippets, and platform-specific formats.
- Produce engaging SaaS product walkthroughs, feature launches, onboarding videos, product explainers, and customer education videos that simplify complex concepts.
- Apply professional color correction, color grading, sound design, background music, and audio enhancements to ensure premium-quality output.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to understand creative briefs, contribute storytelling ideas, and deliver impactful visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting quickly to feedback, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, video assets, backups, and version control.
- Support content creation across paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), organic channels, webinars, product launches, conferences, demos, and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling.
- Strong experience creating SaaS explainer videos, product walkthroughs, software demos, onboarding videos, or technology-focused marketing content.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, export settings, and optimization for various digital platforms.
- Experience creating videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and product marketing.
- Strong storytelling ability with an excellent sense of pacing, timing, typography, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and product marketing work.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
- Basic sound design and audio mixing skills.
- Experience editing performance marketing or ad-focused content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and workflows.
- Experience working with SaaS, AI, technology, or product companies.
- Ability to create thumbnails, illustrations, or supporting visual assets using Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
