Video Editor Intern

Experience: 0-6 months
Location: Bengaluru - Work from office

We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who can create scroll-stopping ads for digital platforms. This role is more than just editing; you should have a strong sense of what grabs attention, keeps viewers engaged, and drives conversions.

What You'll Do:

1. Edit high-converting video ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
2. Create engaging hooks, seamless transitions, captions, motion graphics, and sound design.
3. Understand ad psychology and make creative decisions that improve watch time and performance.
4. Work closely with the creative team to bring scripts and concepts to life.
5. Create multiple variations of ads for A/B testing.
6. Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
7. Use AI tools to speed up editing and content creation (good to have, not mandatory).

What We're Looking For:

1. 0-6 months of experience in video editing.
2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
3. Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
4. Ability to identify what makes an ad engaging and performance-oriented.
5. Experience editing performance marketing, D2C, SaaS, or social media ads is a strong plus.
6. Familiarity with AI video tools like Runway, Veo, CapCut AI, Kling, or similar is an added advantage.

Must-Have:

1. A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing ad creatives or short-form content.
2. Ability to explain the creative thinking behind your edits.
