This is for you if you've sold to (or been) a head of talent, you back yourself, and you'd take real ownership and uncapped upside over a salaried seat at someone else's company.

The structure: meaningful equity + 30% of everything you close, recurring and uncapped. It's early, that's the entire point. Whoever does this owns the ground floor.

Honest expectation so you're not let down: this won't pull a proven top AE, no unproven, no-base post will, and that's fine. It pulls a believer or a gambler, someone who sees it and wants to bet. And a hungry believer who closes your first two or three is exactly who you need. Don't measure it by "would a big-company AE take this." Measure it by "would someone who gets it, bet on it." Framed with posture, that person leans in and the desperate ones you don't want scroll right past.
