Regulatory / Product Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Regulatory Reporting / Product / Specialist / Consultant to accompany our clients in implementing and validating our platform. We welcome a wide range of profiles including junior talents eager to grow with backgrounds in consulting, RegTech, finance, Risk or accounting.
• Location: Lausanne
• Work Mode: Remote-friendly, with travel in Switzerland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
• Accompany clients through the implementation and validation of our software solutions.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Interface with high-level stakeholders, regulators, and auditors.

Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Skills
• Good knowledge of SQL (querying, filtering, and troubleshooting data).
• Technical literacy: Sufficient understanding to read and understand code.
• Knowledge of Docker, APIs, C#, and modern IT infrastructure is a plus.

Business & Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of financial instruments, banking, and basic accounting is highly appreciated.
• Prior knowledge of regulatory reporting is a plus but optional (we will train you!).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with high-level stakeholders are a plus.
• Mindset: Adaptable, comfortable with remote work, and ready to dive into both technology and complex regulations.
