Internship Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Internship Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3- 6 Months

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring operations and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities in a fast-paced environment.
This role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to ensure seamless interview scheduling and recruitment process execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders
2. Manage end-to-end interview logistics including calendar management, meeting invites, and follow-ups
3. Act as a point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
4. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
5. Track interview feedback and drive timely closure with stakeholders
6. Maintain accurate candidate records, hiring trackers, and ATS updates
7. Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination
8. Handle interview reschedules, conflicts, and last-minute changes efficiently
9. Assist in recruitment reporting and hiring metrics management
10. Partner with recruiters to ensure process adherence and operational excellence
11. Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes
12. Use AI tools like ChatGPT and other productivity tools to improve efficiency and communication Draft professional emails, interview communication, summaries, and coordination notes Explore smarter ways to optimize recruitment operations and workflows

Requirements

1. 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination / Recruitment Operations / HR Coordination
2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
4. High attention to detail and process orientation
5. Ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/product organization environment
7. Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office tools
8. Experience working with ATS platforms is preferred
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
