About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Intern to support end-to-end hiring for senior roles at Tealbox. This is a highly execution-oriented role — you'll be the engine behind our recruiting process, making sure every candidate interaction is tracked, every evaluation is logged, and nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll work closely with the leadership team and be involved in every stage of the hiring lifecycle — from outreach to offer coordination — while also building and maintaining the systems that make it all run smoothly.

What You'll Do

Recruiting Execution

• Respond to and send candidate emails across active hiring pipelines
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordination calls with candidates
• Liaise with external hiring agencies and manage communication with them
• Schedule interviews and follow up at each stage of the process

ClickUp Systems & Logging

• Set up and maintain recruiting workflows, automations, and pipelines on ClickUp
• Log every candidate touchpoint — emails, calls, evaluations, stage movements — on ClickUp in real time
• Track assignment submissions, log evaluation outcomes, and move candidates through rounds based on decisions
• Ensure the ATS-equivalent setup on ClickUp is always up to date and audit-ready

Process & Coordination

• Execute on defined recruiting processes and flag gaps or inefficiencies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on interview scheduling and feedback collection
• Maintain a clean, organized record of all active and closed pipelines

Who You Are

• Extroverted and comfortable initiating conversations — on calls, over email, and with agencies
• Highly organized and process-oriented; you don't let things slip
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal hand-holding
• Available full-time (this is not a part-time or college-alongside role)
• Familiar with or quick to learn tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and email clients
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Prior exposure to recruiting, HR coordination, or operations is a plus — not a must
