About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, multi-talented Software & Tech Operations Intern to join our team. This is a unique dual-focus role designed for a motivated fresher or final-year student who wants hands-on engineering experience with modern AI/LLM tech stacks, alongside gaining real startup exposure in app maintenance, customer inquiry handling, and digital brand management.

If you love writing clean JavaScript/TypeScript code, playing with AI models, and taking complete ownership of projects from code to customer touchpoints, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Software & AI Development:
2. Assist in developing, testing, and shipping features for client and internal web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.

3. Work on integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and AI tools into real-world applications.

4. App Maintenance & Cloud Operations:

5. Monitor live applications, track bug reports, and assist with application maintenance and updates.

6. Work with Git version control, GitHub workflows, and cloud/hosting environments (e.g., Vercel, AWS, Docker).

7. Social Media & Tech Brand Presence:

8. Manage Exaful’s social media presence (LinkedIn, X, Tech Blogs).

9. Share regular updates about project launches, technical engineering insights, and startup milestones.

10. Website Customer Inquiries & Operations:

11. Manage incoming website customer inquiries, client contact forms, and lead messages.

12. Ensure prompt, polite, and professional communication with potential clients and users.

What We Are Looking For

• Programming Foundations: Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows.
• AI & Cloud Interest: Curiosity and foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and basic Cloud infrastructure.
• Dual-Mindset (Dev + Ops): Willingness to jump between coding tasks, managing app health, creating social media updates, and talking to prospective clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English for client inquiries and content creation.
• Self-Driven: A fresher/intern who takes initiative, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced remote startup environment.

Compensation & Details

• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
