Key Responsibilities

1. Source and recruit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting.
2. Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university career portals.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
4. Schedule interviews with the HR team.
5. Communicate with candidates via email and LinkedIn, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
6. Support day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. Eligibility
7. Students or graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Journalism, Arts, or related fields.
8. Candidates with strong English communication skills.
9. High School (12th/+2) graduates who are passionate about HR are also encouraged to apply.
