Technical Trainer

Job Title: Technical Trainer (Programming & DSA)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer who is proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and be capable of training students or professionals with a focus on problem-solving and real-world application.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training sessions on programming languages (Java / Python / C).
Teach core concepts of Data Structures and Algorithms with practical examples.
Guide learners in problem-solving techniques and coding best practices.
Conduct coding exercises, assessments, and mock interviews.
Assist students in improving logical thinking and analytical skills.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in at least one: Java, Python, or C.
Deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Educational Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus.
Experience with coding platforms (LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.) is an added advantage.
