About Alchemy

Alchemy is a fractional collective in the early stages of a deliberate build. The ambition is direct: take on established incumbents like Freeman Clarke and beat them at their own game, with a leaner, sharper model built for how senior fractional work should actually operate. And a laser focus on areas of emerging tech; in particular, agentic AI.

The results are already showing: Alchemy already ranks prominently across all major search engines and LLMs for "Fractional CIO London," ahead of established names in the space.

The business is early stage but growing and compounding well. Right now the priority isn't volume, it's making the right connections, so that when capacity genuinely becomes the constraint, the right people are already in place rather than being found under pressure.

How it Works

When a client engagement calls for capability beyond what I deliver personally, I introduce or assemble a small delivery team from this network, matched to that engagement. Work is day-rate and engagement-based, varying in length and time commitment.
