Your Responsibilities

Participate in corporate strategy formulation and lead R&D‑oriented strategy implementation.
Build R&D team organizational structure and tiered talent management system aligned with company goals.
Lead end‑to‑end R&D project management; review, track and supervise project delivery to ensure on‑time and high‑quality completion.
Drive 0‑to‑scaling new‑product roadmap for R&D center; advance new‑technology & new‑material innovation and standardization to strengthen product market competitiveness.
Monitor global technology trends, coach technical teams, and lead cross‑functional efforts to resolve critical technical and quality bottlenecks.
Accelerate new‑product iteration speed and quality, and deliver solid technical support for front‑end business operations.

What You Bring

Full‑time bachelor’s degree or above from key universities, major in science & engineering.
At least 1‑year hands‑on R&D experience in relevant fields; solid knowledge in instrumentation, electronics development, circuit design, embedded systems or related domains.
Strong technical foundation, familiar with domestic & international industry standards and relevant talent & innovation policies.
High curiosity and learning agility, outstanding analytical and design capabilities.
Excellent leadership and comprehensive management capabilities covering project governance, strategic decision‑making and cross‑party communication & coordination. You are capable of motivating team members, aligning stakeholders and driving consistent delivery of team and corporate strategic objectives.
