About Finn AI and The Role:
Finn is the enterprise voice orchestration layer. We build AI agents that handle thousands of concurrent inbound and outbound calls—reasoning through them, extracting data, and updating CRMs in real-time. We are looking for a Backend Engineer to architect and scale the systems powering this platform. At Finn, every millisecond counts. You will build and optimize our core routing engines, webhook architectures, and API integrations that connect our AI to enterprise systems. What You Will Do:
In this role, you will architect and maintain backend services capable of managing thousands of simultaneous, real-time voice streams and LLM interactions.

What We Are Looking For:
You must have a proven track record of designing reliable, secure APIs for enterprise clients. Above all, we are looking for someone with a deep sense of ownership who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable shipping code daily.
