We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Technology Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable and cloud-ready endpoint management solutions.

This senior technical role is ideal for an Intune specialist with strong application support, architecture and team leadership experience. The successful candidate will lead the transition from traditional on-premises device management to modern, cloud-native management while ensuring critical business systems remain stable, secure and efficient.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert, guide technical decisions and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver reliable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Intune Architecture
Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions that support business, security, performance and scalability requirements.
Lead the transition from on-premises device imaging and management to cloud-native endpoint management.
Design the Intune tenant structure, naming conventions, device groups and group hierarchies.
Develop secure and scalable policies for device enrolment, configuration, compliance and application management.
Design and implement zero-touch device provisioning solutions.
Establish procedures for application packaging, testing, deployment, updating and retirement across the device fleet.
Ensure Intune solutions integrate effectively with existing cloud and on-premises systems.
Monitor endpoint performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
SCCM and MECM Architecture
Support SCCM or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager architecture and modernisation initiatives.
Conduct discovery sessions and gap assessments to understand the current endpoint management environment.
Develop migration, consolidation and transition plans from SCCM or MECM to cloud-based management.
Design site structures, distribution strategies and supporting infrastructure.
Design and review operating system deployment task sequences.
Identify technical risks, dependencies and migration challenges.
Support co-management and hybrid endpoint management environments where applicable.
Application Support and Problem Resolution
Identify, investigate and resolve complex issues affecting critical applications and endpoint systems.
Provide expert solutions to technical problems affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot software, configuration, deployment and integration issues.
Analyse system performance data and implement corrective or preventive improvements.
Manage escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
Ensure systems remain available, stable, secure and aligned with operational requirements.
Technical Leadership
Serve as the subject-matter expert for Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Lead and support technical team members in completing assigned deliverables.
Take responsibility for key team and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, operations and business teams.
Contribute to technical decisions that affect multiple teams and systems.
Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentorship to team members.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training.
Promote consistent standards, best practices and continuous improvement.
Documentation and Governance
Develop and maintain architecture documents, operating procedures and technical standards.
Document system configurations, support processes, migration plans and technical decisions.
Ensure solutions comply with approved security, operational and governance requirements.
Maintain clear records of incidents, resolutions, risks and recommended improvements.
Support technical reviews, audits and project readiness assessments.
Required Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess:

At least seven years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration and architecture.
Strong experience designing and implementing endpoint management solutions.
Experience supporting the transition from on-premises device management to cloud-native management.
Strong knowledge of zero-touch provisioning and modern device deployment.
Experience developing application packaging, testing and deployment processes.
Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software and endpoint issues.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premises systems.
Experience analysing system performance and implementing improvements.
Previous experience leading technical teams or managing major technical decisions.
Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Manila.
Ability to work a shifting schedule.
