About the role

ML Researchers push what our startups' models can do. Depending on the team, that means training and fine-tuning, designing rigorous evaluations, or turning recent research into something that ships.

What we usually look for:

• Strong ML fundamentals and the ability to go deep on a genuinely hard problem
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or rigorously evaluating models
• Research maturity, whether from publications, industry labs, or serious independent work
• Fluency with the standard tooling (PyTorch, modern model APIs, experiment tracking)
• A bias toward research that reaches production and real users
