About Cruitical
Cruitical is an AI-native hiring platform that lets companies see how a candidate actually works before the first interview, through deep candidate profiles and hands-on work trials in a lifelike sandbox. We're Founders Inc Canopy alums (Spring 2026 cohort) and partner with a growing set of venture-backed startups hiring for roles like this one.
About the role
Full-stack Engineers are the backbone of an early team. You'd own features end to end, from database to interface, and ship at the pace only a startup demands.
What we usually look for:
- Solid across the stack, from modern frontend to backend to the databases underneath
- A history of shipping real product quickly, with ownership from idea to production
- Strong product sense; you make good calls when there's no spec and no one watching
- Comfort wearing many hats as priorities shift week to week
- Bonus for AI-native builders who fold LLMs into what they ship
Why apply here
Apply once, and we match you to the right-fit startups in our network. You get evaluated on what you can do, you get real feedback either way, and warm intros to founders when there's a fit. No resume black holes, no reapplying to ten companies one at a time.
