About the role

You'd be building AI into real products, turning models into features people use every day. Across our startups that spans LLM-powered workflows, agents, retrieval systems, and the evaluation pipelines that keep them honest.

What we usually look for:

• You've shipped something real with LLMs (agents, RAG, copilots, internal tooling) and can point to exactly what you built
• Comfort working across the stack to get a feature into users' hands, well beyond a notebook demo
• A feel for where models break and how to design around it, with evals, guardrails, and sensible fallbacks
• Fast iteration and strong product instincts; you care whether the thing actually works for real users
• Fluency with current tooling (major model APIs, orchestration frameworks, vector stores) and the judgment to know when to skip it
