Sales Manager

About the Role:

Top Gun Automotive CRM is looking for a Sales Manager to own the entire sales side of the business. You'll be responsible for bringing on new automotive repair shops as customers — from first contact to closed deal — and building out our sales process as we grow.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, follow-up, and closing
• Sell Top Gun Automotive CRM to automotive repair shops
• Build and refine our sales process, scripts, and pipeline
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Work with marketing on lead handoff and with product on customer feedback
• As we grow, help hire and lead a sales team

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in software/SaaS or selling to small businesses
• A closer who's comfortable owning the entire sales end
• Self-starter who can build a sales process from scratch
• Strong communicator, organized, and driven by results
• Bonus: experience selling to repair shops, dealerships, or the trades

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus commission on every deal you close — your earnings grow with your results.
